Nebulite boxes were supposed to drop?
I thought that nexon had completely removed nebulite boxes from monster drops, but leave it to them to make the drop rate so low that since the drop rate got nerfed I've never seen one drop.

I've gotten 2 neb boxes on my Shade so far, which is level 80 atm. Both gave me D nebs tho
I for one got two Nebulite boxes to drop while I was leveling my Phantom from 1 to 40.
They said [i][b]slight[/b][/i] increase in drop rate....
Nexon has raised their drop rate this patch, over three years and 90% of the population leaving later.
Way too little, way too late.
The only place I've ever gotten nebulite boxes is in Romeo and Juliet, about 4 in the past year. And I train there all the time on plenty of chars.

I've gotten one before after killing approx 99999999999999999999999 monsters.
