It works. You must beat the last stage boss. Ex: Giant Centipede , Timer , Lord Pirate.
When you beat them you get the will power. I think it was 3 , 6 , 9.

If you haven't modified your key settings, it should open up by pressing 'B'. If you have modified them, then open your skill keys and look for a key that says profession (or something along those lines).

Mu Lung Dojo does work for WillPower. I believe it is the best and fastest way to raise the trait, for higher levels that is.

Just a clarification to some people asking about what raises a certain trait:

Ambition = hunting boss monsters (Spirit of Rock isn't considered a boss; I tried hunting it and gave me no exp).
Empathy = Farming herbs (don't know if you can raise it atm).
Insight = Mining or using the Magnifying Glass on equips that are hidden potential.
Willpower = being successful in a Party Quest.
Dilligence = crafting items (don't know if you can raise it atm).
Charm = raising your fame, wearing new NX equips, timeless equips, or equipping certain [p]sok-able equips.

Some of the already existing equips now give charm points when you equip(requip) them. I know zhelms and some party quest equip rewards give charm points. Anyone have a list or some info on which equips give charm points? I think the best way to farm charm points are zruns(Charm and Ambition) and some pqs (Charm and Willpower). Can anyone confirm if the pirate hat give charm points? That's probably the easiest pq to farm points if the hat gives charm points.

It's better than most pqs ive done for will power. On reason because it keeps adding 6 (6+12+18) per stages of floor. So for those who are like 120+ beneit pretty well from will power. It's a lot faster to rack up points than any other pq. ( I only did ppq, hobpq, lpq besides dojo)

btw the first stats for will power give like 100 hp. So it's ok. Belt + chances of
getting max go is so worth it for dojo

@above the thing us. If there isn't a boss being hunted on at all. Ambition is easy to fill up its daily 500 points. I did Levi

@below bosses raises ambition. And it's easier if you find an uncommon boss
