Wrath of the Octopus Question
I tend to use it a lot when bossing and I guess having a 35 second timer, 55% more damage and increased firing rate in comparison to just Octopus would be great. But I don't know if it outweighs the benefits of cannon being one level higher. Is there a benefit to having just level 1 Wrath of the Octopus?

Alright, a point into Wrath it is. This sets maxing cannon back a level though...oh well, I doubt it makes a huge difference.
