Misguided by the amount of experience the monsters give?

Okay, so I've been training at Castle Golems, and I got amazing experience yesterday. My party was great, and I got 5 levels in a day (157->162).

But, today, I had kinda bleh parties, and I barely even got 115%. People seem to think anyone a certain level can train at CGs, but I don't think that's really the case... I'm level 163 at the moment, but being in a new server I'm not the strongest. I was getting better experience at the Crocky map with 2 other people (a full party+hs though), and it was better experience than my CG party. I've seen people telling everyone CGs are the best place to go, but I think that is misguiding people, and people should go to training spots based on their damage and not level.

[I know a lot of people may know this already, but from what I can tell quite a few people don't, and this is a fairly new map so I'm just sharing my experience]

If your party kilss fast, go to a map with a lot of mobs. If you can kill them but not that fast.. you guessed it.
Higher level constitutes lower %/hr but not exp. If you're killing slow, you're getting less exp. Getting 5 lvls in 1 days and then only 115% the next makes no sense otherwise, because the EXP curve doesn't spike that much. It depends on how good your party is and the party's efficiency in killing. If you aren't as strong, go to weaker monsters or get a better party.
Yes, he is right.
If your party works as a whole team forming 2-3 attack teams, and no one afks consistently, the exp is actually amazing.

It doesn't really matter which map you train in, but the party you train with.

Really? Higher lvl constitutes lower exp? I thought you get more exp if you're higher lvl unless it's reversed in LHC.
