So, I messed up
So, I'm restarting my dual blade. I don't have any equips for it, besides a lvl 17 evolving ring 1/2 and an explorer ring (3 rings total).
Now, after the recent AP reset I went completely dexless. I can't equip any gear.
I have about 1b to spend.
What are my options?

@iCrisis: No. Most guilds would allow for free runs. Some people around the maple world even offer free runs to strangers (Do the pre-quests).
I know that most will let you go on z-runs and loot if you drop the eye of fire.
Oh damn. I had the legendary weapons. I suggest using maple weapons if you can't wait.

Cool, thanks. I'll look into the silent crusade shoulders. I don't have a guild, would I be expected to pay to join a Zak/Scar/Targa run if I found a guild to join?
Unfortunately, it looks like I'm going to be stuck waiting for the revamp. I found a legendary dragon tail in fm for 120m, but it didn't seem worth it. If I could find a legendary version of the 110 katara/dagger I'd buy them in an instant since they don't require Dex.

Wait for the thief revamp-> +30 DEX and LUK from a new skill
-> Scar/Targa helm, zak or ravana +15 ~18
-> Shoulder Pauldron from silent crusade or current event +5 (M.chaos)
-> Rising Sun or Horntail Pendant +15~17 (Scrolled if necessary)

I'm not high enough for a HTP yet, but it's also going to be difficult getting to 120 without any gear.
Does % Dex raise your dex based on base dex or total dex? Because I have 4 base dex.
