What drops Blue Shiner Crossbow?
Hiddenstreet says Reindeer do, but I haven't seen any in hours of farming, so it may be outdated. I am within level range so that can't be the issue. Maybe just unlucky.

You're just unlucky. All NX lookalikes are still dropped based on their Codex card; I went on a long farming run not too long ago and can confirm.

i got it from reindeers two years ago.
i think now its unavailable to get in game.
luckily, i still have that crossbow in my inventory and i can sell u service for anvil.
If you're farming for them from reindeer, be sure to use a character within level range.
It's possible they still drop them.
Is there an updated site with the drop lists?
Hidden Street is outdated.
Maybe you are unlucky or the drop list is outdated. The droplist from the Monster Book isn't accurate unfortunately, it was suppose to update whenever something got changed. It was suppose to work like that but it doesn't.
