Get a big spider and someone with fast clear (high level is better) and go to Sand Rat's and Scorpion's (Sahel 2). Its a small flat map with ridiculous spawn. They have a low drop rate but I've had the best luck there, they drop from any level 70+ monster so was there on my level 156 pally spamming close combat. having a pet that has the mobility skill and pick up skill is nice as well.
Nowhere. It's a low drop rate anywhere you go.
They do not drop from evo lab.
A best place to farm them is a spot that is close to your level and has a decent spawn rate.
