Maple freezes every 5 secondsNOT A DC ISSUE

So yeah, I've made a lot of threads for this, no one ever reply's though. Anyways I've done research on this and only 30 or 40 maplers have had this error but it really sucks and no one can figure out how to get rid of it.

Now before you go saying its a simple lag issue, trust me; it's not. My computer and many computers of other people with this problem are far beyond maple's standards(i.e. running crysis maxed with 50 FPS). I have reinstalled, gone through the setup option, updated everything on my computer and this still happens.

Basically the game freezes every 5 seconds for a full second, not log, but a glitch.

Logged a ticket, still no reply, and yeah any other tech questions just ask and I'll tell you, but its just super annoying.
