What is a decent attack range for a hero at level 130? Idk if my range is good or not, but my damage just suxs realy bad.

I'm only 7k range at lvl128.
It's over nine- I mean yeah. Just about that range.
10k range with rage o.0 or with out Cuz my range is barely 10k with rage. 9K range without rage.
