Sacrifice and IA
I think I remember hearing somewhere that you can't have 100% uptime on gungnirs anymore. So is buff duration worth going for on the IA or just go for +1 speed or boss, etc.
And whats the 'lowest' downtime sacrifice now (Lowest amount of time waiting for CD)

here's a video of my kaiser hitting (0) attack speed, which would not have been possible unless the soft cap (2) was more like a door that stays open after green mpe potion opens it.
@bleute: I believe you can get more buff duration from monster life as another person I've seen is trying to get the full total of 140% buff duration (this is on a explorer mage so it would be 90% on a non explorer mage). Then again I'm not 100% certain of this so my words arent exactly 100% reliable.
@swipple: attack speed +1 does not break speed soft cap of 2.
@bleute: how do you extend their duration? O:
Pipsqueak Arkarium can be obtained by combining Timer + Netherworld Monk. It takes a bit of work, but it's worth it if you're stat crunching to get the best possible dojo times. You can also extend the duration of mobs.

85% buff duration can be achieved with the Pipsqueak Arkarium mob in Monster Life, which gives +5% buff duration. Assuming you have 5 seconds of cooldown reduction from a hat + merc card, 10% duration from empathy, 20% from a mech card, 50% from inner ability, and 5% from monster life:
70 seconds of evil eye cooldown - 5 second reduction = 65 seconds of evil eye cooldown
30 seconds of evil eye x 1.85 buff duration = 55.5 seconds of evil eye
65 seconds of evil eye cooldown - 55.5 seconds of evil eye = 9.5 seconds of waiting time (without combat orders)
But then with booster, decent si, inner ability, and an mpe green, you can hit stage (0) can't you?
Also my Beholder shows a 70 second cooldown.
Can cooldown hat stack fully with mercedes card?
@swipple: Some problems with that,
With the recent buff, Spears now are at Fast (5) attack speed, on par with the Fafnir Polearms. Meaning if you were to have Decent SI(which is more feasible then rolling for attack speed IA IMO) you would be at soft cap of (2) with weapon booster with any weapon you choose.
In this case buff duration is a better in all cases.
I remember doing the maths months ago; with perfect control, level 200 mechanic character card, and level 100 empathy, +1 attack speed is better than 50% buff duration IA, not to mention you can also get like an epic 25% buff duration line in tandem with the +1 attack speed
Level 30/31 sacrifice buff has a 30s duration, level 32 sacrifice has a 31s duration
5 second cooldown reduction with hat+mercedes character card
Beholder has a 80s cooldown? -> 75s
30% buff duration from mech card/empathy
0/12/25/38/50% buff duration from IA
Gungnir's descent has a 8s cooldown at level 30, and a 7s cooldown at level 31/32
0% buff duration IA 75-30*1.3 =36
12% buff duration IA 75-30*1.42=32.4s
25% buff duration IA 75-30*1.55=28.5s
38% buff duration IA 75-30*1.68=24.6
50% buff duration IA 75-30*1.80=21s
21s is the absolute minimum downtime without a phantom/paladin to buff you
with a paladin/phantom, it'd be 19.2s
Keep in mind that with 5second cooldown reduction, level 31 gungnir's descent will have a 2second cooldown, too so it's not like your dark impales will be super lonely :>
