How much is iCoG and CoG service?
How much could I sell iCoG and CoG service for? Also, I was planning on selling services, but the problem is that I don't have enough money for collateral. I also don't have any vouchers since I'm on a new character, so would I have to pass up the opportunity?

If they're cautious they'll do per success, to eliminate all incentive for scamming the service with a 10% scroll. I generally get a mix of requests, some people prefer one way or the other, as long as they pay correspondingly more for successes I don't really care. My own preference is success only, since then I don't feel obligated to record the scrolling.
Why not advertise it on xgoldgunnerx then sell it on your mule after you have customers?

Gollux service is 250 per scroll, 200 per fail so icog should be similar
