Do I have enough pdr?
I currently have 87% pdr not including the extra 40% from snipe. Is this enough to be capping on cra with snipe or do I need to get more? Currently doing 21-25m on cra w/o ooparts. 26-28 on cra w/ooparts

Of course you can cap Snipe with that amount, given enough range to compensate, but I'd personally recommend 90-95% PDR on stat window assuming you want to CVel. I only have one source of PDR on weapons ( a 40% line on emblem), and I have 94% PDR on stat window (though it's actually roughly 93.5%, the game always rounds up PDR in stat window).
Make sure you get all the other sources of PDR including max Ambition, level 7-8 hyper stat points in pdr, Leafre set, and then with 1 source of 30-40% PDR on your weapon potentials you should be good. Level 3 links aren't 100% necessary but are helpful.
However, if you want to to optimize Beam Dance dps and not just snipe, it's likely that it'll be more efficient if you have more than 1 source of pdr on weapons if you don't cap BD but want to on CVel/Lotus.
