potential scrolls
do normal potential scrolls have 100% boom if fail? The potential scroll I have says 70% success rate, but doesn't say anything about boom.... i remember that my potential scroll originally said that there was boom, so did nexon take the boom off?

Yes, it will go boom 100% if it fails. I had x2 90% PoTs fail and it both blew up my Lionheart spear >.<
