In Scania, probably cheaper, but in Khaini,
the Pole would be 30 bil (perfect spell traced + 12 star enhance.. i think) + (unique pot 60% bossdmg), if not higher since clean slates increasing in price.
the cape... i'm honestly not sure after starforce booming + instanced drop glitch + miracle time. lol
