Limits to Science So this is my question to you. Should there be limits to Scientific exploration. Such as Stem Cell research etc etc Also, does religion or the church have any conflict with it? Like the limits are set to follow the churchs or the states standards? Are those limits necessary?
G10 Math Help :) I need to find the length of a side in an right angled triangle. Using the pythagoras theorem a^2 + b^2 = c^2 I need to find the hypotneuse. The base is 150 and the height is x. This is what I have but it doesn't seem right. I need to leave my answer as an exact answer in terms of x. This is just a small part to a much larger math question lol. c^2 = a^2 + b^2 c^2 = 150^2 + x^2 c^2 = 22500 + x^2 c^2^0.5 = 22500 + x^2^0.5 c = 150+x ? I know its wrong help please.

Bouncing Ball Problem Intense Question Need some help here please.. A ball is dropped from 1m from inside the elevator. The ball returns to 80% of it's previous height... This is where it gets complicated. Imagine there is a glass elevator that moves up at a constant speed of 5 m/s. Assume the ball is dropped at the instant the elevator starts raising. Math help pleaseee An Oil painting is worth $400 its value increases by 7% each year. What is its value in 6 years. With the knowledge I have this would be a geometric problem and i should be doing something like 400 * 7%^6-1 7% of 400 is 28 so replace that with 28? Or maybe it's 7% on the dollar so 1.07.
