Demo bottom two arms. Gotta take out that curse arm as fast as possible.
DS on the right hand side of zak. Once 3 arms are down, demo the one at the top.
You'll have two left on the left side. As far as I'm aware, demo outdamages DS against a mob of 2, esp since demo has 20% ignore.

Not sure if you'll be able to solo though. Zak uses weapon cancel a lot.

Alternately, what I personally find more effective, is just DSing until your gauge is full, than Demoing the arm. You will be able to hit all 4 right arms at once, so no need to distribute the DS damage equally. 2nd arm is too much hastle, still having problems with it as I said. When you defeat the 2 other arms on the left side, leave the top left one alone and head right. Destroy all 4 at once with your ds from the 2nd from top platform at a decent range. Stance effect helps here, so be careful to avoid not getting knocked down pre-bubble. They all die at a fairly same time to one another, being a couple minutes between them at tops. The damage is pretty dang stable xD. Destroy 3, and demo the last one obviously. Head to the top left, annihalate it, and work on the body.

I dont know what to say about the body. My barrage is only level 1 so i mostly Demo, without chaining it. Sometimes I chain it, to build energy faster by a relatively slight amount.

I had trouble with a level 134 DK and 14x DK and 94 ranger in one of my latest runs, with 20 seconds on the clock. The 134 had a perfect spear X.X , I dont know if it was just that I chatted too much, or just that my damage sucked hard, but we cut it way too close. The time was simply horrid, I can't believe it took that long. That's whatcha get for zakkin late though xD.

Just based off my personal experience/opinion, and what I think is most effective.
