How do I get one, the quest doesn't seem to appear and I have no clue how to do it..

Don't buy the tickets, they are not worth it, in fact, don't buy any nx at all.
1. go to cash shop
2. go to golden ticket
3. press 'send'
4. type in 'IpWnALNuBz'
5. press okay to the next parts
6. congragulations

I see it's only 5 sunbursts now but it must require at least 2k to get 5... =[ those bastards.
