Character Card Effects
Hey I have a question, Since Bello is in an alliance with nova will the character card effects link with my characters in bellocan? Im working on my 2nd mech and merc for the buff duration and cd reduction and i could use the xtra character slots.

Yeah. unfortunately cards don't transfer between servers, even if those servers are in an alliance.
I have no evidence to back this up, but I'm guessing it shouldn't work. If you have one of the +hp sets, make a random level 1 character and see if it comes out with insanely high hp.
