Need Opinions
Ok so I recently recubed my ele staff 6 3 lined Legendary:
Before: 12% Total Dmg, 6% All Stats, 30% Ignore Def
Now: 12% Total Dmg, 9% Magic Attack, 20% Bossing
So I've decided to stay at lvl 199 on my BaM (something about a non moving EXP bar just urks me xD) So ill still be training and bossing but i would like to know if another recube is needed? I noticed my damage became lower at LHC/SH due to their high def and also me losing that 30% ignore def. But I assumed the 9% matk would of still raised my range high enough to hit more on those monsters. So any advice and thoughts will be nice <3

Hmm, yeah I see then we also have ADA and BB which constitute a 60% increase on our range.

Battle mastery is applied directly to range I think..

No, you didn't get what I meant.
I mean if Battle Mastery (30% damage; correct me if I'm wrong) is ADDED to the 9% MATK to get say, 1.39x multiplier, instead of (1.09)(1.3) = 1.417 = 2% loss.
That loss might just be enough to make 9% MATK worse than 30% PDR.

first of all i like ur style staying lvl 199 cuz its the most awesome lvl, everyone wana know when u get to 200, when u actualy staying at 199 xD
second thing is that u should get boss % neb. it doesnt matter how much u hit on lhc or sh or hoh mobs cuz after ull stop training if ill get to 200, ull just boss and stuff...

We have some PDR on our main attack

But I suspect you have a bit of ignore% somewhere, so it's probably because you have a bit of %MATK somewhere that lowers the effectiveness of 9% MATK a bit.
