The 100-hit limit doesn't apply to certain keydown-skills. Carrior Breath, Blade Dance and Lamancha Spear are 3 of them. There are more.
These skills, if you stand completely still, can be used until you die or the server restarts, or the obvious one, run out of MP/DF. Which some people don't, because of their pets.

I think after a certain amount of time it just stops. I THINK.
Unless you don't have a potion pot, no there is no cooldown.
fury is kind of a cooldown, you have to restore it
