I am a level 113 NW and I am poorly funded. My damage range is 2708 ~ 4166 and I'm not so stocked on potions. Where do I train?

Harps or MP3 since you don't have much potions. Or Mr Anchors if you like. Dark Rashes are also nice and have little pot usage.
