NW tips anyone
I have a lvl 118 NW.
Str: 29 (4+25)
Dex 155 (120+35)
Int 27 (4+29)
Luk 625 (556+69)
Atk Range: 3141-4832
All I have are general scavenged or hand-me-down equips that are meh. The best I have is a luk3% Red Osfa suit.
Am I considered succesful? If not, where do I begin to make my character strong?
