So is this guy telling the truth?

So this guy here , chuck norris, is in my alliance. He mentioned selling NX in the alliance (wierd/verywierd) chat about selling nx at 1:100. I thoughtt "oh. that's a bit pricey, but it's from the alliance, what's 5B more?". So I asked for some vouchers that just happened to be some of his stupid mules! He told me he had the How to earn D' guide on basil or whatever, then someone else in the alliance vouched for him, so I though okay, 'let's do this baby one more time!' (Getting scammed that is)
Though I don't have the SS of me giving him the mesos, I hope this would be enough.

I believe him because:
1. he's dressed sketchy
2.because obviously if he pmed me he's a scammer
3. coincidences happen! DOI!
