what to put onto my 2ndary
i have a 4% w.att neb and a 6% total dmg neb. which one should i put on my 2ndary? i have around 1k w.att if that helps

I think w.att is better
Weapon att for sure, besides the 6% neb will mess up your range specifically the "att increase" part.
