1. I have a friend, we wanna do bossing together in the evo system. If i go in as a pt, who cores do we follow? for exmaple i have a job instructor core and he doesn't, does that mean he doesnt get the mob? or does all the cores go according to the leader's decision?

2. What are the npcs or quests called for links 6-9.

What is so special about link 9?

So monsters drop cores that unlock links 6-9 automatically? or do they just give the cores to unlock the quest needed to unlock 6-9

If "the quests repeat themselves every time you enter" isn't enough to tell you why the quest is still there, I don't know what else to say o.o

The quests are repeatable- they'll all still be there every time you enter. You can do them over again if you want, but you don't have to.
You unlock the other links by finding or buying the cores that unlock them, and equipping the core for the link you want to unlock (you can only do one at a time).
Then when you enter the Evo system, the first NPC will have a new quest for you to complete that unlocks that link.
Once you unlock a link, it stays unlocked permanently. You don't have to keep doing the quests to unlock them again.

Edit- first you have to get the 6-9 cores, then the quests show up inside the Evo system at the first NPC.

The quests repeat themselves every time you enter Evo World.
The first time entering though, you can only do the Link1 quest before being forcibly removed.
