Just wondering now that I saw and remembered, would the items like 'Frog Coupon' give you a permanent mount? Or is it limited to a duration?

In Scania, they're something like 400m. A 90 day CS one would convert to something like 300m or something already? So I'm considering just getting the coupon and not go for the CS mounts
If I may ask, what is the chance of getting a permanent mount? So far I mount gached 4 times (all maple points or survey nx) and all I got were...
