So I've recently been told from my reliable source that the revamp will possibly be coming to gMS during the middle/end of the anniversary patch in May. Being pushed back from the original March/April because apparently they're [b][i]trying[/i][/b] to not copy and paste the structures word for word from kMS and attempting to keep everything in English, whereas there were always some Korean copy and pasting going in previous large patches.
Addressing some questions and concerns:
With the revamp coming, once the patch lands, if you've [b]TAKEN[/b] the advancement for Nightlord or will take it on the day of the patch release, you can talk to Maple Admins to get the free books for the new skills. If you're 70+ and have not taken the advancement or will not on the day of release, you can initiate a quest line to get the books (separately)
Secondly, if you have books that are being replaced, you can TRADE THEM IN with Maple Admins. The resulting books that you'll be receiving [b]ARE UNTRADEABLE[/b]. However, you can still trade say the Triple Throw 30 book around after the patch to someone that's looking to trade it in for the new book, then you can sell/trade it, and have that person trade it in for the Quad 30 book.
Lastly, apparently there's a rumor where instead of having Phantoms holding their canes like Mages do with their staves and wands, they'll be walking with the Cane, meaning you'll have something like Dr.House if you watch the show House, or Swain from the RTS LoL, where they'll be walking and the cane will be animating as they go with it. It's nothing definite but it's a bonus that might be implemented.

The layout of the Justice Patch is basically a re-run of Assension. Each class of the main category of classes will receive an SP reset upon logging in. The only skill books you'll need to worry about are the ones outside of QT 30, but there will be a spike of monsters that drop MMBs as well as the possibility of 2 weekends of EXP/Drop bonuses.

I thought it was originally late March/early April, too. We're still missing a ton of content between now and Justice, though. >_>
Dojo and CPQ revamp, Pyramid PQ and Ghost Ship PQ revamp, Sports Meet event (although it be might mixed in with the PQ's when we get it since it was merely just filler content), 1st part of Union (Resistance, Aran, Evan, Ellin Forest revamp), 2nd part of Union (Warrior, Mage, Bowman, Cygnus, UA revamp).
If we're lucky, they combine all the PQ revamps + Sports Meet event into the March patch.
Then, combine 1st and 2nd part of Union into the April patch.
Finally, put Justice out in the May patch along with the Maple Anniversary events, and Phantom would be out in June.

We get 1 SP Reset like in the Jump patch for the other Adventurer's.
The ones that will be given are the skills that have been changed. Meaning QT books, Javelin Expert, Dark Serenity, Purge Area and Sudden Raid. However, there is a possibility that gMS will only get the level 10/20 books for skills other than QT. Meaning we'll get 20/30 for QT, and 20 for all the other abilities, but there will be a series of quest that gives us the 30 books for the other non-QT skills.

The free books for advancing will be signified by lightbulbs over your head when you log on. I don't have the details but for now you will be given the books once you accept the "quest" from the lightbulb.
