I don't really have a favorite oneshot, or have any that stick in my mind, even though I've read most of the manga that I've seen since I was in high school ( 22 now ), but I do have a favorite OVA, and that's Denpa Teki na Kanojo.
"Our Love Counseling" is pretty nice. It's a oneshot from Saeki Shun
