Short-term goals, long-term goals?
In general I want more damage so I can effectively boss more. How should I go about doing this? I have about 2.1b to spend/merch
Current equips:
196matk emp wand 6matk bonus pot, no potential, 0 slots
5matk emp hat, no pot, 4 slots
5matk emp overall, no pot, 0 slots
5matk emp glove, no pot, clean
1matk emp shoes, no pot, clean
1matk emp cape, no pot, clean
6% tempest pendant, shoulder, ring, belt
9% int earrings (unique), 2matk, 1 slot (I plan on innocencing this soon)
2013 evo ring 1 and 2

Character cards: I have a lot so in general I'll just list what I have: 12% bossing, 7matk, 40 int, Magical storm S-rank, some other stuff not worth mentioning
Other: Leafre card set, MW 13, UA skills
I have ~390matk, ~2050 int, 67% pdr 57% bossing, 45% crit, and 32k-41k range.

I would only ditch the wand for an estaff 5/6 if I could get an empress shoulder instead, and so would keep the 6 set bonus while adding a better weapon. Empress shoulders don't come cheap though.
So should I ditch my wand or pot it? @Monkeycraters keep in mind i get 30matk and 30%bossing from 6-set empress
I think your main problem is that you'e lacking %int. I have 103%int at level 139 and have about 1.9k int which is right beneath you except you'e already level 183. You're a fp mage meaning you want to go with either an elestaff 5 or 6 for your elemental damage boost. These staffs have high base m.atk (178) so that will already be a nice increase once scrolled with unleashed 50% scrolls.
1. Sell your evo rings and replace them with unleashed and pinnacle rings with 6+% int.
2. If you're going to add potential on something, add it to the wand and make it at least epic.
3. Try chaosing your hats, shoes, cape. Innocent if they don't result in 4+ magic attack.
4. Get MW 20/30 (only if you can get it for a decent price).
5. If you've got the time and energy, make silent crusade face and eye accessory and fuse them until you get 3% int+
6. Try your luck on occult cubes to make your things epic if you don't have the money for nx cubing (occult cubes suck from my experience but it could just be me).
7. Dance like a clown and be happy.
Long-term goals: make everything unique, 9%+ int.
