arcane daily quest
for the last quest ive been asking to collect 30 oblivion and deliver them to jenna , and she should be doing research near the lake of oblivion.
i searched everywhere and couldn't find , has anyone any idea ?

Check all the maps in lake of oblivion. She doesn't have a static spawn, she spanws randomly. Once you turn in the quest she disappears until you get a new research daily.
