Hmmm, I know a DS can get up there easy.
It's not possible ive been trying to get there with my mercedes, and i can rising rush + Moonsault+ Leaf Tornado which gets me up pretty high, but it doenst get me to that ledge.
It doesnt look to hard actually, the bottom platform is pretty close I think you can fj to it
