Prezens Barrier Quest
Hi, so I've been hunting in Ellin Forest looking for the items dropped for Prezen's Barrier quest, but none of the monsters I've hunted thus far drop the item it seems. I've hunted the Tree Rods, Mossy Snails, Rock Bugs, and Mossy Shrooms thus far while doing other quests, but nothing is dropping the items. Am I hunting the wrong monsters, or is this quest possibly glitched?

Yeah pretty much what slushie said, you can do the quest but its not optional for the overall title quest. No need to do it my friend.
All the monsters drop them, but I've had the best luck at the fairies. But after my friend told me that you don't need to do this quest to get the medal, I hightailed it outta there
No, it's not glitched. It seems like the boars and fairies drop them more than any other monster.
