Back after a little hiatus and I need some advice
I feel like this type of thread is so common and annoying - I apologise for that.
Anyway I haven't played in some time and I started up again a couple of days ago, so I'm looking for advice regarding funding and training.
I have: 14x Bishop, 16x DB, 16x Phantom, 16x Xenon, 15x Aran, 12x NL, 15x Kaiser, 14x AB, and some other characters for the link skills
After playing around on my account a bit I think I'm going to start working on my NL; though, if anyone thinks that isn't a good idea please let me know.
Anyway.. The NL is 126 I believe. I currently have very minimal funding (Which I will list below) and I think I have a budget of about 20b to spend on 'funding' it. I'm sure that this isn't enough to decently fund any character but I hope there is something I can do with it.
The NL currently has:
3 Evolving Rings
Absolute Ring
Absolute Shoulder
Cracked Gollux Pendant (Clean)
Cracked Gollux Belt (Clean)
Spiderweb Pointy Hat (Clean, 10 att, 20 all stats)
Eagle Eye Assassin Shirt (Clean)
Brown Osda Pants (3% Luk)
Blue Sneakers (4% Luk)
Some Glove (3% Luk)
Half Earrings (6% Luk)
Pink Adventurer Cape (2 att)
I'm also using a terrible claw... I don't even know what the stats are but its terrible.
So what should/can I update with 20b? (Preferable in order of most necessary to least)
Also I bought that thing (a few, actually) in the CS that lets you equips items 30 levels above, so don't hesitate to put Items that are up to level 160.
Also I have clean Nova boots and a clean Nova cape on another character, are those worth psoking and transferring?
On another note, I'm not sure where to train.. I did the Extreme Monster Park 3 times but its only 10 minutes per session which isn't too much, then I did Normal Zakum twice which was a decent amount of exp, and then I tried Evolution Lab and it was kind of boring and maybe a bit slow. I reckon that I'll start using 2exp.

Thieves are the most expensive class and their Fafnir weapon is also the most expensive (more than dagger even). I would advise against going NL because you could fund a cheaper class better, like Xenon. Xenons are much easier to fund early on (in terms of reaching 1mil range) and much more difficult in reaching max range and onward.
Let's say you stick with NL.
First thing you would need is a full Fafnir set. Weapon is most expensive, so I would set aside 9-10b on the best Risk Holder youcan find. Then get the other armor clean, the latter should only cost 400m max.
Get a Reinforced pend/belt. Superior is out of your funding range. This should be 100m max. You could try to get them prescrolled with the gollux scrolls, though. But you can do it for free if you gollux daily and be patient. Youll also need the earrings and ring, which you can buy from store. Alternatively, you can buyfrom fm for 1.5b combined.
If the novas are thief, then yes definitely transfer them over. however I would recommend tossing a few AEEs on them first. Maybe ~3 each.
Budget 600m for 7% luk Sweeth20 accessories (eyes and face total).
Spend 1-2b on a secondary with nice stats.
Get the empress shoulder clean, about 300m
Spend remaining mesos scrolling/cubing CRA.
20b is a nice amount, finish your fafnir(RA) set. Get reinforced/superior gollux set - this can be very pricey, if you don't want to spend the money farm coins for the ring and earrings. And then top things off with tyrant eq's if you can find anything 9%+ luk for a decent price for your NL it's a good place to start.
