Thanks for the responses guys. Do the MPE pots boost also explorer mages casting speeds since it only says "Weapon speed is increased"?

If you're using an Elemental Staff, yes. If you're using a slow staff (all the rest of them), you need to have Body Boost and have DSI/Azwan/MPE Pot/Mu Lung buff to hit the speed cap.

F/P, I/L, and Bishop are 2 away from the speed cap with normal Booster.
