Do Estaffs still give elemental bonuses?
I'm starting to play again after 4 years and i'm wondering if estaffs have changed at all. I know that it has been changed a few times so i want to know what it does in the current patch. Also is there a more desirable endgame weapon for FPs/BaMs/Blaze Wiz and Evans?
