So i finished act 4 and the reward says i am supposed to be getting an android head, but i didnt get it anywhere, but i did get the honor exp?
is it just me thats bugged?

Not the actual Android helmet that came out years ago. We're talking about an Edelstein Android helm (level 30) you get from completing Act 4.

This. Exit the area and click the red banner/pendant thing again. There should be two options, one that gives you the helmet.
Well on the notes, it says "You can obtain an Android Helmet when you clear Act 4. To do this, complete the quest '[Black Heaven] Memories of the Scrapyard' from the Black Heaven notifier on the left side of the game window." Have you done that? :0
You actually do get the helmet. You have to click the Black Heaven Notifier on the left side.
