Ok I understand. I think you could get around 15-21%int for that. Maybe adding in a few mesos and/or an item from whatever side it's necessary from. I don't think you'll get a perfect 1 for 1 trade.
is $20 for my 21 atk mask worth it?
Obviously he's going to trade his thief shirt and pants for a %int overall and his shoes for mage shoes etc. So no, it's probably not a bad idea to trade mask for mask.

renegades 4+ int scroll 20% ones + spectrum goggles
for best results 3 renegade scrolls+1 15% scroll(from events) for magic att+ 1 chaos scroll of goodness
