How do you get to aliens. Do you need to do the nlc quests? If so up until which quest. Thanks in advance.

Yes, you must do the prequests first.
You will get the prequests from the mayor of NLC.
After completing the prequests, you can just go into the alien base and go to alien corridor 6.
No like the training place full of aliens. I heard it was good exp so I want to find it lol.
