Budget computer, used for casual gaming

After i upgraded my computer, i have a total of around 500$ left over to build my sister a budget gaming computer.

Currently i have a radeon 6870 GPU to use. I am wondering if this combo from new egg would work well with my old gpu.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1271106

What i am concern is weather the integrated PSU will be fine for the 6870.

If anyone can recommend any other combo or individual parts, i would appreciate it.

I would also like recommendations for a CPU heat sink since the stock heat sink is really loud. If possible i would like one that does not use liquid cooling. I have incredibly bad luck with liquid heat sinks when they are shipped.

Thanks!

Ah, this thread has been cleaned up, except my now out of place comment... XD

Anyways, if you want a good budget HSF, the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus / Evo would be a good choice. Is there anything else you may need help with?

I have failed to see how being a virgin has any relation to the topic of this thread. @dragonbandit if you aren't going to provide feedback please leave.

I personally would steer more towards intel i5. Everything else looks fine. Of course an extra hundo or fity could do wonders as well.
The "500w" PSU in that case is a DEER. The company that Rosewill went with in the past, which cause their reputation to started out poorly. Of course, over the past year they (Rosewill) have been selling some solid PSUs, but yours is not one of them. It's what I would consider a fire hazard.

That would come down to $307.44 shipped

You could go with the CX500v3 for $49.99 or $29.99 after MIR: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027
If you can find an XFX 450w for under $50 (occasionally, it pop up at Newegg or NCIX, I would get that.
The Rosewill Capstone 450w is a higher-end unit for $59.99. If you don't like dealing with rebates and thus not going to take advantage of that $20 one one the Corsair, I would go with this over it.
As long as your definition of "really nice" is the same as "Medicore" then yes he could. Also, I'm too lazy to look for parts tonight so here:

The PSU should work with the 6870, but you're cutting it awfully close to the minimum requirement. The quality is another thing to take into question, as the PSU might not be able to deliver the necessary 500w.

You'll have to get a molax to 6-pin adapter if you decide to go through with that combo. The PSU only has one, and the stock 6870 needs two.
