in the description on basil it sais that the sets can lvl up, how can u level up your crusader codex sets?

Yeah you can't level up the set effect right now.
leveling up the set effect is what i mean i already have +7 all stats codex
You can level up the base stats (1/1/1/1, 2/2/2/2 etc) by gaining points. You get points for finishing a set.
You're supposed to be able to improve the Set Effect (potential) on your Codex by leveling up as well, but it's apparently not working.
