error report
so today i decided to factory restore one of my PCs, and now that ive installed MS again whenever i go to launch the game i get an error report right after the black cipher part. ive tried updating my .net framework and microsoft visual C + +. if anyones ever had this problem any help would be much appreciated. and for anyone who can resolve this problem for me and youre in scania, ill give you 500m when im able to log in. thanks for any help in advance.

as of right now i havent installed any anti virus my firewalls down. ive installed ms 6 times off a fresh factory restore, the only other programs ive installed besides ms are chrome and utorrent. oh and if it makes a difference im running windows vista

i dont get an error code, i used to get the error code 11004 and thats why i updated my Microsoft visual c ++ thinking that was the issue. now it just goes straight to an error report.
What type of error code/report do you get?
