I tested it, and unless they screwed it up with the maint yesterday, it works. You just lose your "zero weapon scroll," but that should be expected since other classes need to buy their respective weapons to transfer. Also, you can use the starforce before you use the zero weapon scroll so you can just go all the way to 15 star before you rescroll it so that it's an RA weapon or whatever. That's how it worked for me.
