Unique Potential Scrolls
I've heard that these were given out in KMS and that GMS was also going to, but I haven't heard any news about them. I saw a 50% unique pot scroll in the event list but I couldn't figure out how to get it. Can anyone confirm that you will be able to get them and explain how to get them?

I love how Nexon doesn't give us two super important items: The Unique Pot 50% scroll and now they're taking away our free Character Name Changes >.< They haven't announced anything in replacement for the Character Name Changes that everyone was excited about, and decided to completely ignore the fact that no Unique 50% scrolls were given out; such a horrible company when it comes to customer service..
So we're not getting them?
I know we've gotten them in the past but I just got back from like a 2 year break a few months ago so I was hoping to get these

We got it a few times already in the past.
wasn't that for the attendance event that is still ongoing - 1 character per account I believe
