Eh I suppose you can keep two of the Evo Rings, 9%STR Tempest would be better.
Also I'm not sure how much it costs over there but try to get Decent SE gloves, you may be able to find some Empress gloves with one, I found like 3 in the past few days and when I bought one the damage increase was pretty good. It's good for Paladins as they crit a lot with Blast.

Get the Alien Fragment set, or just 3 pieces (3 pieces gives 50atk, 5 pieces gives 30% Boss)
You're going to have to be level 200 to do the PQ to get the drops yourself or if you have nice level 200 friends they can get them for you if they do the PQ often, or you can just buy them at like 400-600m a piece which is what price they should be at. Choose whatever pieces you prefer for the Alien Set.

Your rings should be something like this:
DABR
Evo Ring III 10
Tempest Ring 9%STR (1%STR Neb it if you want)
*Some other ring* I personally have an Alien Ring because there's nothing else I can really get that would give me a big stat boost.

Think that should be it, tell me if I missed anything.
P.S. I recommended the Empress Set because it's probably the best you can go for as a Paladin to make up for that attack, when I put over 130%STR on my Paladin from my Kaiser my range is hella low and that's because I'm missing a lot of attack.[/quote]
