Is Sh closed?
Ok so on my level 185 evan I tried to enter stronghold and it said I wasn't allowed even though I have entered many times and already did the quest's so did Nexon close down stronghold and if so where are we suppose to train at 160+?

There's your problem then. I'm not sure if there's a quest for a replacement, but if there isn't, your only way in will be through someone's Mystic Door skill, Guild teleport skill, or Hyper Teleport Rock.
If you threw away your cygnus knight emblem, thats why you can't go in.
If you could go in after throwing it away, was it the same login period?
It's most definitely if you do or don't have the emblem. Not supposed to toss that away...
