Nice dmg. But 2 things, one you can use tempest twice without a cooldown if you let go the tempest key and press it again really fast. Two, as you can see at 1:19 when you're using tempest you're standing on the floor and you're not hitting the both two upper arms, however, if you'll just once you will be standing on the altar and that way tempest will hit all of the arms.
