1 Handed Empress Blunt Weapon, or 1 Handed Empress Sword?
Hi everyone! I just recently got my UA Paladin to Lvl 133, and I'm able to use Lionheart (Empress) items.
I'm tired of searching the forum pages for a thread, so I would like some personal help from all you reliable Paladins out there. <3
I'm having a hard time choosing between using the Empress 1 handed Blunt weapon, or the 1 handed Empress sword.
Could you all help me choose? Were there any changes with how blunt weapons and swords work? Is it ok to spend less money on a blunt weapon, or buy the more expensive sword?
Please try to list all reasons why your choice was selected in the poll below, and why the other weapon wouldn't be better (For example, if you chose sword, why wouldn't blunt weapons be good)

Yeah I'll probably choose a mace. Its cheaper, and it seems that they work about the same. Thanks everyone for the advice. <3

If you type @ before a person's name, it tags the person to that post. Its rather useful to grab someone's attention, such as what I did with you.
Also that would be fantastic if you posted or PMed a picture. It would be nice to spend less money on a weapon that attacks just as fast as my partner that has a Empress sword. ;]

@Frostilyte: Do you know if there's any speed/attacking/DPM differences, despite both weapons being fast speed? Or did Nexon make them the same way? I still remember how people said BWs were crap cuz of how slow they were compared to swords, despite similar speed.
Same thing with spears and polearms, they were different too.
I rep the Hammer (as you can see). It's cheaper, usually you can find it with the same attack as an emp sword, and both weapons are fast speed (no difference in attack speed).
So if you like the way the sword looks and want to spend more money on it go ahead. If you like maces better, or you want to spend less money then go with the mace
As for personally why I chose hammer over sword, I prefer maces to swords as far as the looks go and I like the idea of bashing in something's skull with a mace. Plus mine was a gift from 2 of my friends
