I have 64 GBs of problems, and Maplestory is one...

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right section, but...
Can MapleStory, and the Nexon launcher be stored on a 64 GB Flash drive?
I'm trying to do so, but the Nexon launcher files keep getting deleted each time I remove the flash drive.
I'm also finding that the patch files and the black cipher files were strangely removed when I transferred the files to the drive.
Is there something wrong with the flash drive? Or is Nexon smart and not letting us take Maplestory on the go?
Any help would be awesome, thanks! <3
Its just the simple fact I have no computer at the moment, and I'm trying to find a way to store the game without taking up space on my parent's laptop.
I guess if anything, if this doesn't work, I can just install it normally. *Sighs*

It could be possible maybe the drive got pulled out. and yes the window did pop up when it was transferring the files.
I'm gonna test out your method and give you an update.

I'm still able to copy the entirety of the Maplestory folder and launch the Game Launcher from other drives. Nothing has changed from what I've been able to do for years.

You're able to copy some of the programs files which indicates you have no access or privilege restrictions.

When you copy the folders, are you seeing the popup window actually stating that it is writing that folder to the flash drive?

Are you ejecting the drive using this method to ensure that all reading and writing operations have stopped?

Well, I had the game closed when I moved the files, so that couldn't be the issue.
I'm unsure what could cause something to make a transfer incomplete, so I'm wondering if some stuff just can't be copied.
The drive is brand-new, so I'm lost at this point. xD

It's more likely the data transfer is not being completed or parts of it are not started at all.

Files also usually cannot be copied if a running application is currently using them.
