Where can i get mastery book 30 now? I went to the evolution world but they only give out mastery book 20s now >.<

you can't get it from the daily quest anymore^^^ they give out stones to upgrade your ring now
Daily quests from ring event would reward you with 20/30 books. Not sure if you can still get them since we're on week 3.
