What is the best solution to this problem? Is't my internet connection? my laptop? or is't the server?
i cant manage to do the quest in cassandra and other NPC in that area

@ImCensored: it wasn't really the town which lagged it, it was the certain event npcs especially cassandra ever wonder what town lag was little to nothing in places like nlc?

nah it's the town lag. they basically moved town lag to another map
Maybe just like event quests Cassandra and the event shops are shown in the sidebar so their npc no longer even has to exist. They don't get loaded until the player clicks on them? I think that could work.
